Florida is commonly referred to a “No Fault Divorce” jurisdiction.  There is no requirement that allegations such as abandonment or mental cruelty be stated. In fact those issues do not even exist in Florida Law.  The marriage must be "irretreviably broken".

Tiffany D. Brown Esq. first joined the Law Firm Of Evan H. Baron, P.A. in 2007 as an intern and law clerk.  Tiffany graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 2009 and is now a practicing attorney with our firm.  Her areas of practice include Family and Matrimonial Law.  Tiffany has been a compassionate and tireless advocate for our clients and gives every client her full attention.

Tiffany's excellent research and litigation skills impressed her professors at Nova Southeastern University Law School.   She received numerous accolades, including Order of the Barristers, Student of the Year, and the President’s Award.  She served as the Chief Justice for the Moot Court Society for 2008-2009.  Tiffany also represented Nova in numerous Moot Court Competitions including the YLS Florida Bar Competition in 2008, the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition in 2008, and the Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition in 2007.  Tiffany received the award for “Best Oralist” in two of the preliminary rounds at Pace.  Tiffany also participated in the Nova Children and Families Clinic, in which she represented numerous indigent clients in dissolution proceedings as a Certified Legal Intern.

Prior to attending the NSU Law Center, Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, with a minor in Communications, from Florida State University.  During college, Tiffany was the recipient of FSU’s School of Criminology Kelly Ivey Memorial Scholarship, a member of Chi Omega Sorority, and a Bright Future’s Scholar.  Tiffany graduated from Florida State in 2006, with a Masters in Political Science.
